WinFuture journalist Roland Quandt has suggested that the model number SM-X828 could belong to the Galaxy Tab S10 Plus, indicating that the series is in development. Further confirming these speculations, a Samsung South Africa representative stated the new series will be available before the end of the year.
Predicting the exact launch date is challenging due to the varying release dates of previous models. The Galaxy Tab S7 series launched in August 2020, while the Tab S8 series appeared in February 2022, and the Tab S9 series followed in July 2023. Given this trend, the Galaxy Tab S10 series might emerge between July and August 2024.

However, if past models are any indication, the new tablets might feature aluminum frames, S Pen attachment slots, and possibly retain the IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. The Galaxy Tab S10 series will likely feature the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy chipsets and OLED screens across all models, continuing the trend set by the Tab S9 series.
Pricing is expected to follow the upward trend observed in previous releases. Each new series has seen a price increase, so the Galaxy Tab S10 may be more expensive than the Tab S9 series, which started at $799.99 for the base model.
